Cinnamon French toast recipe
Ingredients:
75 ml. milk
1 large egg
half a teaspoon ground cinnamon
salt to taste
4 slices of bread
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Recipe:
In a bowl whisk together milk, egg, cinnamon and salt. Place lightly buttered pan over medium-high heat. Soak bread in the egg mixture on both sides. Transfer to the hot pan and cook until golden 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with butter and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
