Ingredients:-
Potatoes – 500 g
Green chilies – 2
Coriander leaves
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
corn starch – 3 tbsp
oil to fry
Recipe –
Peal and grate the potatoes.soak grated potatoes into the water for 10 minutes.drain all the water and squize potatoes completely.now add salt, pepper and corn starch and mix all the ingredients well.Make balls and keep squizing while making balls.so that no water stay there in the balls.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.Fry potato balls for 10- 12 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot with tomato sauce,
