Ingredients: –
Sweet Pastry Case (Pre-made)
450ml Devon Custard Light
2 Teaspoons Black Currant Jam
1 Sachet Ground Arrowroot (1 Tablespoon or 8g)
2 Tablespoons Beetroot Water
150ml Cold Water
½ Teaspoon Beetroot Juice (you can use alternatives)
1 Pod (120g) Mandarin in Juice
1 Golden Kiwi
300g Peach Slices in Juice
6 x Fresh Blackberries
350g Fresh Strawberries
