Garlic Masala Rice

Ingredients
Cooking oil – 2 teaspoons
Garlic – 9 cloves
Chopped garlic – 10 cloves
Chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
Chopped onion – 1 mid sized
Chopped green chilli – 1 mid sized
Chopped french beans – 50 grams
Chopped carrot – 25 grams
Chopped yellow capsicum – 50 grams
Chopped red capsicum – 50 grams
Chopped green capsicum – 50 grams
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Schezwan sauce – 2 tablespoons
Soya sauce – 1 teaspoon
Boiled rice – 400 grams
Chopped spring onion – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
In a kadhai add cooking oil, garlic cloves, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onion, chopped green chilli and mix well. Add chopped french beans, chopped carrot, chopped yellow capsicum, chopped red capsicum, chopped green capsicum and mix well. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, schezwan sauce, soya sauce and boiled rice. Mix well and add chopped spring onion.
