INGREDIENTS
Potatoes – 4
Coldwater
Salt – 1 tbsp
Hot water
Oil for deep fry
For seasoning
Salt
Red chili powder
Chaat masala
Instructions
• To make potato shots, Peel it. Cut into cubes.
• Add all the cubes into cold water.
• Wash twice if required to remove extra starch.
• Take hot water in another bowl and add salt.
• Add potato cubes into hot water for 5 mins.
• After 5 mins Add potato cubes on a kitchen towel and rub to remove excess water.
• In a kadhai add cooking oil and heat it.
• Add potato cubes into oil and fry until golden crisp.
• Transfer into a bowl.
• Add Salt, Red chili powder, Chaat masala, oregano, and toss.
• French shots are ready to serve…enjoy with Tea!!
