To prepare the recipe at home you will need the following:
3 medium size potatoes =500 gm
Salt 1 table spoon
Corn Flower 3/4 table spoon

0:43 – Wash them well with water to remove starch in it
1:12 – 2 medium size onion to enhance the taste
1:35 – Mix the potatoes and onion together, add some salt and boil for 5-6 minutes
2:05 – After boiling remove them from water and let cool for 15 minutes
2:29 – Mix 3/4 table spoon corn flower to make it crispier and smooth frying
2:45 – Mix them well
3:01 – Make small size balls
3:16 – Put cooking oil in a frying pan
3:25 – Fry the potato balls with medium low heat
3:55 – Fry for 12-15 minutes
4:10 – Remove the balls
4:48 – The crispy potato balls are ready to serve
