Amid ongoing unrest in France, the mayor of a Paris suburb said his home was attacked early Sunday morning, and termed the incident “an assassination attempt” on his family, CNN reported. A major fire is underway in Vaulx-en-Velin near Lyon, France. The rioters are targeting symbols of the state, such as town halls & police stations.
