✅Ingredients
– 500ml milk
– 50g sugar
– 5ml Vanilla extract
– 2x Eggs
– 45g Cornstarch
– 50g Sugar
– 25g Butter

📖Instructions

1️⃣Step 1 – Preparing the ingredients
1. Bring the milk, the first sugar, and the vanilla extract to a boil
2. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs, the cornstarch, and the sugar in a bowl
3. When the milk is hot, pour a little bit inside the egg mixture and mix

2️⃣Step 2 – Cooking the Pastry Cream
1. When the milk boils, add the egg mixture inside the saucepan
2. Bring everything to a boil while constantly mixing
3. Then take off the heat and add the butter
4. Then pour into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate completely
5. Whisk until it becomes smooth
