1 cup of milk
1/2 cups of flour
2 eggs

Steps
1) pour 1 cup of milk into a bowl
2) add 1/2 teaspoons of salt or more or less depending on personal preference
3) microwave for 2 minutes to help dissolve salt and flour
4) add 1/2 cups of flour and mix well
5) add two eggs and mix well
6) pass the mixture through a fine strainer to take out flour lumps
7) add a large scoop of mix to a preheated nonstick pan on medium heat, swirl the pan for even and thin coverage
8) when crepe could detach from the pan (about 2 minutes later), flip it over
9) cook the other side for about one minute, flip it over
10) transfer to a plate
11) serve and enjoy
