On this day in 1984, the Bistro de Paris restaurant opened in EPCOT’s France Pavilion. Bistro de Paris was a fine dining experience for French-inspired cuisine. The restaurant had an elegant atmosphere, delighting guests with a beautiful view of the World Showcase Lagoon. Bistro de Paris closed in 2012 to make way for the Monsieur Paul restaurant.
