Ingredients
250 gm French beans or fansi.
1 tbsp. red kashmiri chilly paste .
1 tbsp. sweet tamarind paste.
1 tbsp. Schezwan sauce. Medium spicy 🌶.
1 tbsp. chopped garlic.
1 tsp. Chopped Ginger.
3 tbsp. chopped onion.
Salt per taste.
1tbsp Cornflour + 1/3rd cup water = slurry.
1 tbsp. oil (sesame).
Method.
First boil French beans in boiling water with little sugar & salt for 5 mints . Next transfer boiled beans in cold water.
Now heat oil in a pan…… add ginger garlic onion & saute for a minute low flame…… then add red kashmiri paste 🌶 , tamarind paste & Schezwan sauce & saute for a minute……. next add boiled beans, salt & stirfry for a minute …. add Cornflour slurry & cook it until thickened.. serve it immediately & enjoy.😋😋.
