The 2020 Source from The Grower Project is a fantastic representation of Sangio grape blended with a small % of Petite Sirah.
It’s from Grower Project by Rae Wilson & Andrew Sides, whose motto is “know the land and respect the hands”.
Medium-bodied, silky smooth, completely dry, and quite fruity – it has a pleasing bouquet of juicy fruits such as plum and strawberry with deeper notes such as cocoa and leather to compliment its bright-toned energy. It was aged in neutral and French oak and pairs wonderfully with pork belly or highly seasoned cuisines.
