Pasta with mussels and shrimp.
Box of Fettuccine pasta
Shrimps
Mussels
2 cups of Heavy Cream or Whipped Cream
Cup of White wine
Parmesan cheese
Tbs of pepper flakes
2Tbs Garlic
Onions
Fresh Parsley
Italian seasoning
Half of stick of butter
French Bread
Cook the pasta 2 minutes less than the package directions. Save the pasta water.
Heat the pan and pour in 2Tbs of oil and the butter. Brown the garlic and onions. Pour the heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes then add the white wine. Continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and mussels seasoned with salt, pepper, pepper flakes and Italian seasoning. Cook for 3 minutes and add the pasta. Pour some of the pasta water and mix it well continue cooking for 5 minutes, add more pasta water if needed. Finish with parsley. Serve with garlic bread.
