French toast, also known as eggy bread, is a dish made of bread soaked in beaten eggs and then fried. Its delicious especially for weekend breakfasts or even a treat for the children!
Its really quick and simple to make, so try it out and let me know what you think!

Its best to use slightly stale or not so fresh bread so when eating its not too soft and its easier to hold.
