🍗 Chicken Liver Mousse Cornet – Cute presentation and the perfect creamy bite
🍓 Foie Gras Torchon – loved all the flavors and textures together
🥖 Tarte Flambee – not what we were expecting but we couldn’t get enough of it
🐔 Fried Chicken Ballotine – our favorite dish of the night! Perfectly cooked and the textures and flavors were singing
🦆 Rohan Duck a l’Orange – a classic French dish we some modern additions and surprises
🍫 Chocolate Matcha Soufflé – perfect balance of matcha and chocolate
🥜 Pistachio Millefeuille – simple, flaky and so good
