Ingredients:
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon whole-grain mustard
– 1 tablespoon honey
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
– Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
– Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
– Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
– Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
– Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
