7 Easy & Healthy Crockpot Meals Part 1, 5 Ingredients or Less:

7 Easy & Healthy Crockpot Meals Part 2, 5 Ingredients or Less:

Christmas Crack:
-3 bags of white chocolate chips
-1 package of Christmas colored M&Ms
-2-3 cups of pretzels
-2 cups of peanuts
-2 cups of corn Chex
-2 cups of rice Chex
-2 cups of cheerios (optional)
-1-2 cups of powered sugar
– Add a liner in the pot for easier clean up. Add in white chocolate on high temp. Stir every 15 minutes so it doesn’t burn, once it is melted turn on low and start adding in all ingredients except the M&Ms. Add in more ingredients as you would like to get the consistency you would like. Take out of the trail mix and lay on a pan with wax paper. Let it cool completely and then add the m&ms and stir. Add in powered sugar and shake in a bag or bowl. Once it is completely coated it is done!

Overnight French Toast:
– 1 loaf of bread of any kind
– 6 eggs
– 2 cups of milk
– 1/2 cup of cinnamon
-Topping-
-1/2 cup of brown sugar (you can add all the way up to a cup if you want)
-1/2 cup of melted butter (I added 1 cup for a richer taste)
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– handful of raisins and pecans/walnuts are optional
-Cut bread into 1 inch strips and pour the milk/egg/cinnamon mixture over in a bowl. Let the mixture sit in the fridge over night or for a 4 hour minimum. Spray crockpot and pour mixture inside. Pour toppings over mixture and let cook overnight on low for 8-10 hours.

Cranberry Meatballs:
-1 package of frozen meatballs
-1 can of cranberry jelly
-1 12 oz jar of Heinz chilli sauce
– 2 tbsp of orange juice (optional, adds tangy flavor)
-toothpicks
-Open the jar of cranberry jelly and pour into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Repeat until it is a liquid form. Add in chili sauce and orange juice(optional). Spray pot of slow cooker and pour i frozen meatballs and sauce on top. Stir until evenly coated and let sit on high for 4 hours.

Christmas Candy:
-1 pound of white almond bark
– 1 package of white chocolate chips (or go with milk chocolate)
-1 jar of peanuts (24-32 oz is fine)
-christmas sprinkles
– Add a liner to the crockpot for quicker clean up. Dump in almond bark, peanuts and chocolate chips and let sit on high for one hour. Stir every 15-20 minutes to prevent burning. After one hour is up, set on low temp and stir altogether. Lay wax paper out and spoon out a scoop onto the wax paper. Add on Christmas sprinkles or leave plain. Let cool until completely dry and they are ready to go.

Overnight Breakfast Casserole:
– 1 package of frozen hashbrowns
– 2 cups of cheddar shredded cheese
-1 pound of cooked breakfast sausage or bacon
– half of an onion chopped and 1 bell pepper chopped (optional)
-1 dozen eggs
– 1 cup of milk
– salt and pepper
– 1 tbsp of dill weed
– Cook sausage/bacon beforehand. Layer the hashbrowns, meat, onion/peppers, and cheese mixture until all is gone. Mix together the eggs, milk and seasonings well and pour over mixture. Let sit on low all day for 8 hours. I added on top crumbed bacon for a “crunchy” affect, but it is ready to eat or cheese can be added on top as well. Serve with salsa and tortillas or eat as is!
