INGREDIENTS
• 1 1/2 oz Atian Gin
• 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz simple syrup
• dash of orange bitters
• 2-3 oz Kim Crawford prosecco
• edible glitter (optional)
METHOD
In a mixer with ice, combine gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters. Give it a good shake. In a champagne flute, strain mixture and top with your favorite prosecco – we chose Kim Crawford and it was the perfect combination of dry, crisp and bubbly! Garnish with a lemon twist, edible glitter for some sparkle and treat mom this Mother’s Day (May 14, btw 😬)🍋
