Divine French Chicken

Ingredients:
– 4 chicken thighs
– 4 chicken thighs
– Season with salt and black pepper
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
– 250g white mushrooms
– 1 onion
– 2 garlic cloves
– 4 sprigs of thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 cinnamon stick
– 2 tablespoons of flour diluted in 700 ml of chicken broth
– 1/2 cup white wine
– 2/3 cup mayonnaise
– Chopped green chives
– Leek
– Oregano to taste

Preparation:
– Start by chopping 1 onion, green smell and garlic powdered.

– Tempere the chicken pieces on both sides with salt and black pepper.

– In a skillet, put 3 tablespoons of butter.

– Place the chicken pieces with the skin down and brown well on both sides. Remove from pan and set aside.

– In the same skillet, add the onions.

– Let them become translucent. Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms and add to the onion. Always stir.

– Grate the garlic and drop it in the fryer.

– Season with salt, thyme, oregano and cinnamon sticks. Add the chicken stock with the flour, keep stirring and also add the white wine.

— Stir and soon after put the mayonnaise. Stir until it dissolves well and the sauce begins to thicken. Carefully add the chicken pieces.

– Involve them in the sauce and cap the skillet for 5 minutes.

– After, tastefully put the green smell and garlic poró.

– For 2 minutes, put the cap back on so everything gets tastier.
