This French Toast eggless version is made using sliced bread, corn flour, milk, sugar and can be served as a sweet dish. This is super quick to make and can be made using ingredients easily available at home.

* List of ingredients:
1. Bread slices – 3
2. Corn flour – 1/4th cup
3. Sugar – Half cup
4. Milk – 1 cup
5. Vanilla essence – Half teaspoon
6. Butter – 1 cube

* Method of preparation:
1. Take 3 bread slices (thick slices are preferred) and cut the edges.
2. Now, take the trimmed strips and cut them into small squares. Keep them aside for later.
2. Into a large tray/baking dish, add 1/4th cup corn flour, half cup sugar, 1 cup milk, half teaspoon vanilla essence and stir well until the sugar dissolves.
3. Now, take the bread slices with the trimmed edges, quickly dip them in the slurry, one by one and stack them on top of each other (please ensure the slices are not dipped for too long and become soggy).
5. Heat a frying pan, take 1 cube butter and grease the pan. Slowly, place the coated bread slices on the tawa and toast them (works well on low flame).
6. Flip the slices and continue toasting until they turn a nice golden brown colour.
7. Once done, transfer the toast onto a plate. Into the same frying pan, add the cut bread squares and nicely toast them until they become crispy.
8. Gently drop the toasted squares on the fresh French toast and then drizzle some honey on top.
9. Enjoy super easy, tasty French toast for dessert, or anytime of the day.
