Here are the Ingredients:
5 lbs russet potatoes – washed, peeled and cut into even 1-inch portions
3/4 cup cream
1/4 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp Butter
8 oz Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 Garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to suit your taste
Instructions
Place the cubed potatoes into a large pot. Cover with water.
Bring to a boil. Allow potatoes to cook for 12-17 more minutes until they are tender.
Transfer the potatoes to a large bowl.
Mix the potatoes either by hand or using a ricer. Make sure to not overwork them
Gently whisk in cream, sour, butter and grated cheese.
Mix together until smooth.
Season with salt & pepper and heat.
