Potatoes 800g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Cheese powder, 1 tablespoon
Coriander 1 tbsp
Cornmeal 2 tbsp
Boil potatoes for 3 minutes
Refrigerate for 10 hours
Fry for 5 minutes
Let cool for 30 minutes
Fry again 3 minutes
