This time I went to another of my favorite French restaurants in Tokyo: Restaurant Pachon that was open by my friends’ father in 1984.
I always order the cassoulet, that French classic dish that is so hard to find in Japan especially an authentic recipe like this!
Everything is so good at Restaurant Pachon and if, like me, you like traditional French cuisine, then that is THE PLACE to go to! The wonderful wine selection and the super nice terrace are no doubt a great addition to this place 🙂
Highly recommended to enjoy time with friends or on a date!
