Lemon Blueberry French Toast Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 loaf of bread, cut into cubes
8 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
Add the bread cubes to the egg mixture and stir to coat. Allow the bread to soak for 10-15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm casserole and serve.
