I made 11 homemade Uncrustable sandwiches for Allison the other day and had a ton of leftover crust. Instead of throwing it all out, I made up a quick recipe to use them all up for breakfast for the rest of the week.

Ingredients:
Half a standard loaf of bread, torn apart
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons maple syrup
