Madame Croque is a French brunch restaurant in Taipei, which offers fast but fancy French food.
The owner, Armei Dussol, started running the business in Taipei as a young and passionate French man. Now, he wants to share his experience and the restaurant’s story to show how Taiwan made it so easy for him, despite not knowing any Mandarin, to start a new business.
