These fries is heaven on earth!😍 They are so crispy, so cheesy and so delicious!🤤 I’m so excited to share this recipe with you ❤️
Recipe 👇🏻
• 6 russet potatoes cut into 3cm wide by 3cm thick chips
• 1 litre vegetable oil
• 1 whole head garlic
• 75 g salted butter
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• flakey sea salt
• pecorino romano or parmeson grated
• parsley finely chopped
Instructions👇🏻
• Cut the potatos into thin slices and put in an ice bath.
• Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour at least to remove the starch.
. Heat your oil on high heat and fry your fries for 5 minutes.
• Place the fries in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
• Meanwhile heat your oven to 200 degrees
• In a small pot, put the garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast it in the oven until its softened.
• Squeeze the garlic out of the cloves and set aside.
• In a pan, add the butter, garlic until melted and set aside.
• Fry the fries again for 7 minutes until golden
• Toss the fries in the butter sauce and top with chopped with parsley and parmesan cheese. And enjoy😍
