2-3 large yellow onions (1lb, 500g)
1 tablespoon butter (15g)
¾ cup sour cream
¾ cup mayo
1.5 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Minced chives, salt, & pepper to taste.
