For the chocolate truffles you will need:

226g 80% Cocoa Chocolate (use best quality you can find)

2/3 cup (160ml) Vegan Coconut Cream (use double cream for non vegans)

1 Tablespoon vegan spread (use unsalted butter for non vegans) softened to room temperature

1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Toppings: Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Sprinkles, Crushed Pistachios
