Having been cellar master for many years, Tony Bornard has now taken over the Domain Bornard estate from his father Philippe, with whom he has a rocky relationship with. Wanting to pursue independence on his own, he has in the summer of 2022 built a brand new, huge winery in the same village of Pupillin and is determined to forge his own path – proving to the world his wines deserve the same recognition as other popular wines in the Jura region.
