The Aberfeldy distillery is known for its sweet and mild whiskies. The 18-year-old first matured in refilled and reconditioned bourbon casks and then received a finish in Tuscan red wine casks from Bolgheri. This finish gives it more complexity and brings out the fruity notes of the Aberfeldy even more.
