The money saving way to cook a French stew.
Using a pressure cooker is easy when you follow me along with this recipe.
Ingredients:
800gr diced beef
100gr smoked bacon lardons
1 onion
1 garlic clove
200gr small white mushrooms
30gr plain flour
70gr butter (50+20)
30cl water
30cl red wine (any red wine)
Potatoes for each person
1 bay leaf
Some thyme
Some parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
You can replace the bay leaf, thyme and parsley by dry herbs or dry bouquet garni.
