This charming TINY HOUSE sits in the backyard of a single-family residence. Experience TINY living with modern amenities in a stylish space. Premium location in sought-after North Chattanooga neighborhood near downtown.
Freshly decorated and fully stocked. Great restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment easily accessible within one mile of home.
Although we love them, this property is NOT suitable for small children or pets due to steep staircase, small space, and loft-style bedroom.
The space
The Tiny House is about 150 sf, and includes a cozy living room, loft bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchen.
**Please be aware that the loft has a very low ceiling (a little bit of a challenge for taller people), and the stairs to the loft are narrow and steep. **
Although situated behind a single-family home, the backyard is quite private and guests will have full, exclusive access to backyard amenities.
+Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, microwave, 24” electric range, compact refrigerator
+Coffee and tea bar with Keurig, French press, various k-cups, ground coffee, loose tea, honey, creamer, and sugar
