Day 5 of my trip of a lifetime in France. Taking “will travel for food” to a whole new level. Today was dinner at Three Michelin Star, Michel BRAS, another widely celebrated chef and possibly the hardest reservation to get in France. His son Sebastian does most of the cooking nowadays, and the restaurant is known for edible flowers and wild herbs. Chef Bras (the father) also invented the molten lava cake. Oh! And they set the benchmark for pommes aligot.
