HOW TO MAKE THE VEGAN VESION: change the eggwhite with the lkid found in chickpea cans. You just delete the egg yellow. You replace the milk with almond milk, the butter with vegan butter (aka margarin). make sure to use vegan friendly sugar.

• 240g of Dark chocolat
• 240g of milk chocolat
• 25g butter
• 70g of almond flour
• 100g of flour
• 50g sugar
Step 1: Prepare the biscuit:
a) separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites.
b) Mix the egg white with, 100g of sugar, flour (both the almond flour and regular flour
c) Bake the biscuit at 180 ° for about 10 minutes.
d) Soak the biscuit with the water
Step 2: Prepare the pastry cream (for toping):
a) Put 100ml of milk to boil and put 240g of dark chocolat and100g of milk chocolat
b) Mix the sugar and the eggs and butter
