Ingredients:

Diamond – Gin: 1 1/2 Oz.
(London Dry / New Age American Style)

Emerald – Green Chartreuse: 1/2 Oz.
(French Herbal Liqueur)

Ruby – Sweet Vermouth: 3/4 Oz.
(Fortified Wine)

Bitters: 2 Dashes
(Orange)

Instructions:

Pour into Mixing Glass:

1 1/2 Oz. of Gin
1/2 Oz. of Green Chartreuse
3/4 Oz. of Sweet Vermouth
2 Dashes of Bitters

Add Ice into the Mixing glass

Stir:

40-45 Seconds – Dense Commercial Ice
20-25 Seconds – Standard Fridge Ice

Attach Strainer & Pour into Chilled Glassware

You now have “The Bijou’ Cocktail
