Eggless French Toast

bread
butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla
cinnamon
berries, frozen or fresh
1/2 cup almond milk

*Combine milk, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon in a bowl and mix well. (Do not soak the bread)
Add butter to pan on low, dip bread in mix, add to pan, brown on each side
Put your fruit in a skillet on low and leave for 5 mins.
Serve with fruit, powdered sugar or syrup.

*Can be cut into dunking sticks for kids and frozen for later; up to 2 months*
