speaking of time i should have added some thyme well next time.
Recipe
3lbs sweet onions
2 tbsp butter
16oz beef stock
2tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp sherry vinegar
Cut and sweat down onions in butter on low heat for about 3 hours stirring occasionally
Then add beef stock, spices and vinegar and reduce on simmer until thick about 45 mins to 1 hour
Adjust seasoning and salt levels
