Quick, easy, tasty and cheesy. a French classic, this time with creme fraiche to give it a nice kick!
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread
1 or 2 slices of ham
1 or 2 slices of cheese
(Gruyere or Emmental)
½ cup crème fraiche
½ cup grated cheese
(Gruyere or Emmental)
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Green salad
Oven on grill position: 240° Celsius for about 10 minutes.
Don’t have crème fraiche? Mix some sour cream with 25% whipping cream
