Delicious Miniature Fried Pork With French Fries
Ingredients
Pork chops
Potatoes
Lots of onions
Tomatoes
Capsicum
Blackpepper
Soy sauce
to taste Salt
Oil
1 cup red wine
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Chop the pork into large cubes and put in a bowl. Add salt to taste, blackpepper,soysauce and oil then freeze for 20minutes.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and chop them into fries shape. Wash clean and soak in a little salty water and set aside
Step 3
Slice the onions, tomatoes and capsicum and place in a bowl. Add salt to taste. Squeeze a little bit of lemon and freeze for 30minutes prior meal.
Step 4
Put a pan of oil on fire, add alot of onions, salt to taste. Once golden brown add the marinated pork and let fry for 5 minutes. Add half cup of wine and let it simmer.
Step 5
In another pan of oil fry the sliced potatoes until evenly cooked. Serve on a plate with serviettes or kitchen towel to drain the oil. Then separate to a bowled plate. Serve the food as above. Can be paired with ugali,rice or chapati.
