This 2020 Malbec has elevation and full body flavor with modest winemaking intervention. Deep purple color. Medium intensity aromas of violet, blossom, dark cherry and cassis with developing characteristics. Dry and medium [-] acidity on the palate with medium intensity flavors of same with raspberry and hints of clove and tobacco leaf 🍁 A modest medium alcohol (12.7 ABV) for this varietal – almost in a French Cahors style – full fruit body and a medium finish. Very good wine. Can drink now has potential for further aging.
