3 Large Onions
1 Table Spoon Olive oil
1 Table spoon butter
Salt and pepper and sugar(optional) to taste
2 Table Spoons Sherry
2 Table Spoons White wine
2 cups Beef Broth
1 slice of Toast
Gruyere Cheese to top
