Warm Goat Cheese Crostini Salad with a French Chef
Step 1
Cut your baguette into thick slices, drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper
Step 2
Rub Garlic on each slice and toast or bake the slices until they are golden, then add your goat cheese slices
Step 3
Add the following ingredients to a bowl for your Salad:4 cups of Mixed Greens, , 1 Shallot, 3 tbsp of Olive Oil, 3 tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar, Salt & Pepper and 1/2 cup of Dried Cranberries
Step 4
Use a Kitchen Torch to melt your Goat Cheese
Step 5
Plate the Salad, Add your Goat Cheese Crostini and finish with chopped Pecans and Microgreens.
