Mix all the ingredients well.
Knead the dough in a bowl.

Cover and leave on the table for 1 hour.
The dough should double in size.

Lubricate the table with vegetable oil.
Put the dough on the table.

Divide the dough into 3 parts.

Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Shape the buns as I show.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 15 minutes.

Cut the buns with a knife or blade.
Bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 35-45 minutes.
Put a bowl of hot water on the bottom of the oven to form steam.
After 25 minutes of baking, remove the bowl with water.
