Half fill the cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Add Calvados, St Agnes XO, syrup and lemon. Shake the mixture vigorously and strain into a champagne flute packed with some crushed ice. Fill the glass to the top with chilled sparkling wine.
INGREDIENTS:
• 30ml Calvados
• 10 ml St Agnes Brandy
• 10ml fresh Lemon Juice
• One dash Sugar Syrup
• One dash Grenadine
• Add Champagne to the top.
