Obviously you can use whatever bread you like, I was going for a low carb version and this Healthy Living cinnamon keto bread is amazing! Found at Tony’s if you are local, they have a few flavors. Anyways, macros for recipe as written (if you change it, it will be different 😂)

4 Slices (minus toppings)
241 calories; 41g protein, 5g carbs, 9g fat

Directions:
-1 egg
-30g egg whites
-1 tsp vanilla
-1/3 cup milk of choice (skim here)
-10g protein powder (optional, I used @isopurecompany salted caramel vanilla)

-4 slices bread 🍞 (healthy living cinnamon keto here)
👉🏻soak in egg wash
