Ingredients:
1 pack TBD Brioche
1 Egg
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cocoa powder
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp Butter
1/2 cup Anglaise/ Custard Cream

Method:
– Cut the Brioche into slices
– In a bowl, add an egg, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp cocoa, and 1 cup milk, mix it well till it gets smooth
– In a pan, add 1 tsp butter, dip the sliced brioche in the cocoa mix and toast it.
– Create a lava well, pour Anglaise in it, sprinkle some cocoa powder
– Top it with thin sliced banana and your lava french toast is ready!
