A homemade baguette is a true treat! Better yet, this recipe requires only 4 ingredients and absolutely no kneading.
Ingredients:
420-450 warm water
1 tbsp/12g sugar
2 tsp /6g instant dry yeast
600g/4 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt.
1. In a warm water, add 2 tsp of instant yeast add 1 tbsp of sugar stir and cover for permentation for 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Prepare a larger bowl and 600g bread flour, 1 tsp of salt,mix the flour evenly then add the yeast,
3. Pour it into mix flour batches,stir while pouring,stir until there is no dry flour left.
4. The water content of this bread is high,so the final dough is relatively soft. You dont need to knead the dough.
5. Cover it tight until double in size for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes the dough is permented.
6. Shovel it roughly stir and let cut out some air.
7. Sprinkle some flour on the working board pour out the dough and sprinkle some flour on the dough and in your hands. Because the dough is sticky , just dip some flour and fold it, No knead is required.
8. Simply arrange into round and evenly divide into 4 equal parts.
9. Fold each piece and arrange into soft ball.
10. Prepare the baking,start to shape the bread,flatten and roll up pinch and seal slightly to seal it, arrange the shape,place them into baking pan separately. Cover and let second rise until double in size., meantime you can preheat the oven in advance, find a smaller tray,add a cup of water and put it in the lower layer of the oven.
11. Preheat the oven 400°F/200°C, after 50 minutes the bread has been permented. Use a sharp knife to cut the surface of each bread.
12. Sprinkle some water on the surface of the bread. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
