Today I will be showing a very healthy breakfast recipe . It is a kind of savory French toast. People of all ages will love it , specially kids.

The ingredients required for Egg bread toast recipe are :
Bread – 6 slices
Eggs- 3
Salt- 1/2 ( for egg ) + 1/4th teaspoon ( for the stuffing)
Finely chopped onions- 3 tablespoons
Finely chopped and deseeded ( please remember to deseed the tomatoes or else the sandwiches will become soggy )- 3 tablespoons.
Coriander leaves/cilantro (optional) – 1 tablespoon
Green chili finely chopped (optional) – I
Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 tablespoon . You can even use soy sauce ( 1 teaspoon) instead of ketchup , or lemon juice or you may not add any of these but little lemon juice ( if not using ketchup or soy sauce) makes it taste better.
1/4th teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Oil – 1/2 teaspoon for marination , 3 tablespoons for frying.

Method-
Take chopped onions, tomatoes, chili, cilantro in a bowl.
Add 1/4th teaspoon salt, oil and Ketchup and leave it aside for 5 minutes.
Whisk eggs with salt, pepper
Take a bread, add a tablespoon of veg mix.
Cover with another bread on top like a sandwich.
Dip it in egg mix. Turn and dip the other side as well.
Place carefully in oil.
Lower heat and keep covered for 1- 2 minutes on each side.
