During the Christmas Market in Toulon we stumbled upon the best Vin Chaud (hot wine) booth, featuring the great wines of Alsace. Chirstophe from Mosbach Winery gave us a quick demonstration and revealed his great recipe for a yummy and warm vin chaud.
